1 of the comb attachments was open and used the other 2 was new in plastic.i reached out to the company been over 5 days still no reply. Also Came in old beat up Walmart box i have pictures and videos. Once i seen how the box looked i recorded so I can have proof. I’m going to reach out to the owners again
