All Sales are final! NO EXCHANGES AND NO RETURNS!
Online returns you will have to contact us Via Email Zoebeautysupplysm@gmail.com within 2 weeks about any inquiries about returns or exchanges! However, we do not provide return shipping label.
Zoe Beauty Supply INC can not accept exchanges on any items UNLESS it is a in store purchase.
IN STORE PURCHASE:
- Only allowing Store Credits or Exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase
- The product is in it's originally purchased condition
- There is verification of purchase via receipt (Email copy or receipt)
- Chemical products (Shampoo, Conditioner, Oil, Body Wash, Etc.) Jewelry, and Wigs are not RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGABLE!
However, this is not a guarantee for accepting returns or exchanges.
